Is a certified Calling in “The One” & Conscious Uncoupling relationship coach helping mindful individuals seeking support with fresh beginnings and conscious endings. She is also a certified health coach with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition supporting healthy lifestyles and wellbeing, from the inside, out.

Advocate / Policy Advisor

I have over 15 years of experience working with survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and stalking. I provide interpersonal violence education, trauma-informed training, consultation for organizational policies and practices, and lobbying services. My passion in life is ending gender-based violence and caring for frontline workers who serve survivors of all traumas.

We facilitate self-growth as we invite individuals to reflect and with support strategically plan where they are headed.

If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, my services aim to introduce clarity and self-motivation. We also teach techniques to better manage the emotional stress of everyday life.
